Withdraw from a purchase
Use this form to tell us that you want to withdraw from an eligible purchase within the statutory withdrawal period.
Submitting this form is an unambiguous withdrawal statement. It does not require a Chief Tools account. We will email a confirmation immediately and then review whether the statutory right applies to the purchase.
Consumers generally have 14 days after entering a remote service agreement to withdraw. Exceptions can apply, including where a service has been fully performed after an express request and acknowledgement. See section 6 of our Terms of Service.
