Complaint Policy
For when something is not right or you are not satisfied.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, you can submit a complaint through any of the above channels. The best way to submit a complaint is by filling out the contact form on the top of this page or e-mailing us directly at hello@chief.app.
When submitting a complaint, please include a clear description of the issue, any relevant correspondence or documentation and your desired resolution.
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours. You can expect a full response within 5 business days of receiving your complaint. In complex cases, if your complaint requires additional investigation, we will inform you of any delays and provide regular updates.
